Interior and exterior fit out

A tender pack & schedule of works were provided by the Freeholder. A cost schedule was prepared, submitted and AM Price was successful in their tender for this project.

Tender Specification:

Re-planning of brand new commercial unit to in-corporate factory area, reception with counter, two offices at first floor level, WC & kitchenette.

Project commencement date:

Week commencing September 7th 2009

Project completion date:

Week end October 2nd 2009

Project History:

A tender pack & schedule of works were provided by the Freeholder. A cost schedule was prepared, submitted and AM Price was successful in their tender for this project.

 

The schedule of works required AM Price to carry out construction works to the existing shell of the 2,600 sq feet unit in order to provide additional facilities as required.

 

These included:

  • A Mezzanine first floor area
  • Reception area & formation of bespoke reception counter
  • Office suite
  • WC & kitchenette facilities
Interior and exterior fit out

The existing unit was a brand new, high specification industrial warehouse that required re-planning to facilitate the needs of the Freeholder prior to moving into the premises.

The unit already benefited from electrically operated roller shutter doors, a double skin insulated roof and insulated profile steel cladding.

 

The works carried out by AM Price to maximize the usage of the unit included the following:

  • Installation of Mezzanine to create first floor level
  • Electrical installations
  • Dry wall partitioning to increase sound insulation and provide a high specification, clean internal finish.
  • Formation of suspended ceilings, decoration, skirting's and architrave.
  • Tiled floor finishes to the office and reception and safety flooring to the WC and kitchen areas.
  • Timber frame stud wall and part re enforced perspex safety glass partition to office suite.
  • Installation of interior beach doors with complementary door furniture throughout.
  • Installation of modern beech kitchen with range of units, post formed work surface areas, tiled splash backs and the provision of appliances.
  • White sanitary ware with complementary tiled splash backs, soap dispenser and hand dryer facilities.
